AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Depending on the quantity ordered, the shipping date can be vary, you will be informed by email.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF GOODS

Only goods remained in their original packaging and in resalable condition may be accepted against a credit within 30 days of the calendar date of invoice. Handling charge of 15% of the returned merchandise will be charged (minimum $ 20). Transportation costs will be the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right at all times to refuse any credit for merchandise returns, which will be returned at the expense of the sender in case of non-compliance, following the inspection of goods.

CLAIM FOR DAMAGES

Pelco Solutions Automotive will not accept any liability or responsibility for damage in transit. Complaints must be reported to the transport company.

SHORTAGE CLAIMS

No claim for missing items will be accepted by Pelco Solutions Automotive, unless it was in writing and / or communicated to our office within three (3) days of receipt of the goods.

PROCEDURES

1. Pack the good in safe package.

2. Clearly identify the goods back with: your copy back filled with all the information.

3. A credit, as applicable, will be issued upon receipt and verification of the goods.

SHIPPING, OPTIONS AND CHARGES

Parcels usually arrive 1-2 days later if your order is made before noon. The price varies according to the amount of the order. We ship within 24 hours of orders placed Monday to Friday before noon if the goods are in stock. If the product or products are not available, it will be within 20 working days after ordering.
